मंगलवार की सुबह, बाजार खुलने से पहले HDFC Bank Group के संबंध में एक महत्वपूर्ण खबर सामने आ रही है। रिजर्व बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (RBI) ने HDFC Bank Group को IndusInd Bank में 9.5% तक हिस्सा खरीदने की मंजूरी दी है। केंद्रीय बैंक ने इस हिस्सा अधिग्रहण के लिए 1 साल तक का समय दिया है। HDFC Bank ने एक्सचेंज फाइलिंग के बाद इस सम्बंध में स्पष्टीकरण भी किया है।
HDFC Bank ने एक्सचेंज फाइलिंग में जारी किया है कि यह मंजूरी सिर्फ HDFC Bank के लिए नहीं है, बल्कि इसे HDFC Bank ग्रुप के रूप में समझा जाना चाहिए। इसमें उनके AMC और लाइफ इंश्योरेंस व्यापार के लिए IndusInd Bank में हिस्सा अधिग्रहण की मंजूरी शामिल है। क्योंकि HDFC Bank उनके प्रमोटर हैं, इसलिए इसे RBI से मंजूरी के लिए आवेदन करना पड़ा।
IndusInd Bank ने एक्सचेंज फाइलिंग में कहा, “आवेदक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि बैंक में उनकी कुल हिस्सेदारी 9.5% हिस्सा ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए|
IndusInd Bank Shareholding:-
अगर आपकी कुल होल्डिंग 5% से कम है, तो आपको आगे और 5% या उससे अधिक बढ़ाने के लिए RBI से मंजूरी लेनी होगी. वर्तमान में, HDFC Bank Group की कोई हिस्सेदारी IndusInd Bank में नहीं है. आस्तित्व के दृष्टिकोण से, IndusInd Bank वर्तमान में देश का पांचवां सबसे बड़ा बैंक है. डिसेंबर 2023 तक के शेयरहोल्डिंग पैटर्न के अनुसार, IndusInd Bank में 16.5% हिस्सा प्रमोटर्स का है, जिसमें से करीब 45% हिस्सा गिरवी रखा गया है. वहीं, IndusInd International Holdings के पास 12.53% हिस्सा है. इसके अलावा, एक और इकाई, IndusInd Limited, के पास 3.92% हिस्सा है.

2021 में, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक ने बैंकों में प्रमोटर की होल्डिंग को 15% से 26% बढ़ाने की मंजूरी दी थी. पिछले साल अप्रैल में, IndusInd के प्रमोटर को बैंक में हिस्सा बढ़ाने के लिए RBI से मंजूरी मिली थी
